What happens next

4. You decide

• How long it has been there, or when you first noticed it
• A photo or two, including one from a few feet back for context
• Whether anyone in the home has asthma, allergies or other health concerns
• Whether this is for a sale, a rental, an insurance claim or an HOA, so we include the right documentation
